Practice with me
My offering to you
My offering to you is to create a safe environment for you to tune inward and strengthen a deeper understanding of yourself. I encourage my students to listen to the intelligence of their body, explore outside habitual patterns and learn to move from and listen to yourself as one intelligent being. There's something truly beautiful about humans coming together with a shared purpose. Creating a space for co-regulation and community to grow is where the magic happens. I invite you to shift into the slow lane and explore your reality exactly as you are with curiosity, love and compassion.
Where you can find me
Throughout the year I host retreats across Sussex, England & internationally
Retreating away from the humdrum of daily life and shift into a slower pace. These day retreats are an invitation to delve even deeper into your practice and connect with yourself in new and profound ways. I host day retreats in West Sussex, Shoreham-By-Sea. These days are perfect for you to invest in yourself, let go of stress and refill your cup. Whether you come with a friend or alone you’ll be surrounded with other beautiful humans to make new soulful connections with. Every Retreat welcomes everyone with ALL levels of experience. Whether you're new to the practice of yoga or have been practicing for years, this day is for YOU.
Monthly in person classes in West Sussex
Once a month I will be teaching an 90 minute Embodied Flow in West Sussex at Let’s Retreat. A somatic (body) approach of inquiry. A focus on exploring through movement and poses, allowing the body to be the guide rather than how we think a shape should look. Connecting to the rhythm of the breath and creative ways to transition and move. A way to honour the wisdom of your body and deepen the connection to your internal and external landscape. A home coming to yourself. Each class will integrate a theme to explore and help reignite a sense of creativity.
Every Friday 07:30-08:15am - RSCH - Brighton Hospital
This class is for all NHS workers that work within the University Hospital Sussex, NHS Foundation Trust.
The practice is rooted in the structure of Vinyasa, allowing the body to be led by the breath, with the aim to release tension and stress and set you up for your day ahead. This class is for ALL STAFF and ALL levels of experience.
1 - 2 - 1 & Private Classes.

"I always leave the day feeling so relaxed and in tune with myself. I’m quite inexperienced in yoga but Chloe makes it so simple and easy to follow. The sound bathing is always my favourite, it is so relaxing and I enjoy it so much"
