I want you to reclaim your relationship with your body so you can inhabit all of yourself. I teach with an embodied and inquisitive approach, allowing space to explore and enquire while honouring yourself with love and compassion.
Through embodied movement, breathwork and meditation - These practices can help to create a resilient nervous system and allow us to live more harmoniously in this fast paced world we’re in. To reconnect with ourselves, our natural rhythms and nature itself.
As a nurse I am in constant awe of the human body. My mission is to demonstrate how the ancient practice of Yoga and modern Science do coexist and intertwine harmoniously together.
I believe that we as humans are beautifully complex and unique yet strongly connected to one another. But somehow along the way have lost this connection and forgotten that we are all nature.
