Hello, I’m Chloe.

I’m a full time ITU Nurse, Yoga and Meditation teacher based in Brighton, UK.

Since 2015, yoga took root into my life. Over the years my practice has continuously evolved and provided me with effective tools to navigate and appreciate the ups and downs and messiness of being human and life. My practice and teaching integrates a variety of breathwork, movement and meditation practices. Honouring the intelligence of the body, reconnecting to our intuition and power to feel. I believe yoga helps us to strengthen this connection to ourselves so we can see clearly what is reality versus’s a story our minds have created.

This is an invitation for you to become more open and curious and lean into how beautifully complex it is to be a human. Every time we step onto our mats we have the opportunity to meet ourselves in our most rawest, messiest and truest self. Ultimately, my aim is for you walk away feeling intrigued and empowered, with a little more awareness and of yourself. I encourage you to slow down and strip back your practice to a more simple form. A state of ‘being’ rather than constantly ‘doing’. You can then start to gather the tools that resonant for you, and use them off of the mat and into your every day life. - which for me is where the magic happens.

Outside teaching and nursing, you’ll find me somewhere in nature, cold water dipping and trying new ways to move my body. Since I was 18, I have always been a travel enthusiast. I love travelling the world, learning about different cultures. Meeting people and hearing about their story and journey really inspires me and lights up my soul.

It would be my absolute honour to guide you and hold space for you.

Get in touch if you’d like to experience some of this magic.

I teach from an embodied narrative - which in my opinion means learning to honour, love and deeply allow the raw bare bones of our reality.

My Tool Kit

  • A dynamic breath-led practice that will allow you to explore and cultivate the balance of effort and ease. This style of practice integrates flexibility and enhances mobility and strength. As well exploring a connection to the breath through movement. Helping you to move better, breathe better and feel more connected and present with yourself.

  • Yoga Nidra is a restorative practice of physical relaxation and passive awareness. This guided practice helps to reduce stress, improve sleep and bring a sense of calmness and clarity.

  • A somatic (body) approach of enquiry. Exploring movement rather than being fixated on how a shape should look. By finding new creative ways to transition and move we learn to honour the wisdom of the body and deepen the connection to ourselves.

  • The Fire and Water method of meditation. When we find balance with two opposing elements Agni (fire) and Soma (water) the state of meditation (being) naturally emerges. A practice of balancing effort and ease - fire and water.

  • A class created to nurture and empower women during their pregnancy journey and towards birth and postpartum. To explore, understand and create a stronger connection to the body, with an emphasis on pelvic floor awareness.

  • A practice to help you slow down and turn inwards. To listen deeply and get curious about your mind. A practice that helps to create a well regulated nervous system, leaving you feeling more open, grounded and at peace.
